Our Little Lotus class is dedicated to our baby yogis 2-3 months to early crawlers up to 12 months who are starting to get to know the world while you get to focus on your postnatal recovery and postpartum period. We work to rebuild your strength with postnatal yoga, integrating poses and techniques beneficial for you and your baby's development, while building a supportive community around you.
Named after the Lotus flower, a symbol of purity, and the Lotus Pose, a resting pose to calm the mind and body and focus on controlled breathing, this 45-minute class provides gentle movement and bonding time for you and your little lotus. Classes run in 6- or 8-week sessions throughout the year. Calendar link made available upon purchase to select your date(s).
