Little Lotus Hands is our specialized infant massage session designed for new parents and caregivers. This personalized experience teaches gentle Baby's First Massage® techniques to strengthen your bond with your little one while supporting their development and your confidence as a parent.

Named after the Lotus flower, a symbol of purity, and the Lotus Pose, a resting pose to calm the mind and body and focus on controlled breathing, this session focuses on building your skills in reading baby's cues, promoting relaxation, and creating meaningful bonding moments.

Each 60-minute virtual session provides personalized instruction tailored to your baby's age and developmental stage. You'll receive hands-on guidance plus a companion booklet to continue your practice at home. Individual sessions are available year-round with flexible scheduling to accommodate your family's needs.
