Named after the Goddess Pose for its beneficial effects during pregnancy, supporting strength and flexibility. Discover how yoga can help you prepare for labor and childbirth! Classes run in 6- or 8-week sessions throughout the year. Calendar link made available upon purchase to select your date(s).
